You might be surprised to know that the Pioneer disc golf disc fades nicely after around 250 feet. It just needs a powerful launching arm to throw the disc cleanly.

This disc is extremely great for forehand grips, but it is a bit shallow for backhands. Pioneer is more of a hook-and-skip type that will come out of your hand very fast and almost instantly.
