Vibram is a large company that is best known for their quality rubber soles. From 2010-2017 Vibram also produced disc golf discs, but this segment of the Vibram company was discontinued in 2018. Vibram had some very popular selling discs and many loyal fans who were very disappointed by this announcement.
The Ibex is Vibram’s straight flying mid-range golf disc. This disc has very little fade and is ideal for shots requiring a straight flight. The Ibex can handle powerful shots and avoids turning over even for high power shots
The Vibram Ridge is one of the best disc golf putters made, regardless of manufacturer. This is a straight flying, accurate disc that comes equipped with an excellent disc. If you’re looking to make more putts, then the ridge is one you want to consider. Like all Vibram discs, the Ridge is available in high quality, ultra-durable rubber. This is a putter that will last for years to come.
Vibram makes great putters, and the Summit is no exception. Unlike the Ridge and V.P., the Summit is an understable putter that possesses more turn than fade. If you threw the Summit at 40 miles per hour with a backhand throw, it would turn to the right 12 degrees and then fade back to the left 5 degrees. For the average golfer, this is a straight-flying disc that has very little fade et the end of it’s flight. The Summit is a great putter disc for beginners.
This disc is no longer available.

The Trak is Vibram’s straight-flying fairway driver. If you’re looking for a disc that will go the distance and keep on course, than look no further than the Vibram. The unique thing about the Trak compared with other drivers is the substance it’s made of. The Track is made from Vibram’s quality X-link blend rubber, making it one of the most durable discs on the market. If you play disc golf in thickly wooded or rocky areas, and have a tendency to trash discs on a regular basis, then the vibram is one you definitely want to consider.
The V.P. is another outstanding putter in the Vibram lineup. Unlike the Summit and Ridge, this is an overstable disc. You will undoubtedly notice this discs hooking fade on long shots. If you were to throw the V.P. at 60 miles per hour, this disc would turn just 2 degrees, then fade 24 degrees. Because the V.P. is overstable, this is a good approach disc for throwing into headwinds, and for power throwers needing a disc for short drives. For short putts, all players will find success with this durable, quality built, golf disc.
The Ascent is one of the few fairway drivers Vibram has made. The Ascent is an overstable driver, that is a good choice for headwind shots and strategic fades. It has a very slight turn and substantial fade. According to Vibram, if you can throw this disc 56 miles per hour it should turn 4 degrees and then fade back 15 degrees. Like all Vibram discs, the Ascent is made out of quality, durable rubber. There are two variations: X-Link, and X-Link firm. Like the name says, the firm rubber is a little stiffer.
