The fourth putter in the Prodigy line is described as “the straightest flying” prodigy putter. The PA3 is a beaded putter, meaning it comes equipped with a small bump around the rim. Many disc golfers find putters that include a beaded rim are typically more comfortable.
The Voodoo is a straight shooting putter produced by Gateway. Made in premium evolution plastic, the voodoo has a completely unique feel to it, including with it’s fellow Gateway discs. It is soft and a bit sticky, especially on the thumb track.
The Gateway Voodoo is available in all the Gateway Putter blends including soft (which is actually pretty hard compared with soft putters made by other manufacturers), super soft, super stupid soft, and evolution.
This fantastic putter disc provides the ultimate control. The Dart is a straight flying disc that gets you closer to the basket every single time (proven over accuracy test results), and help you make more putts. While the Dart is a putter, it possesses excellent glide and travels fast and far without turning over. This disc works well for both backhand and forehand shots.
This is the beadless version of the popular putter disc, the Wizard. This is a neutral flying putter that is slightly more understable than its aforementioned counterpart, the Wizard. The Warlock is both a great driving and putter available in a variety of Gateway plastics.
This is a straight flying disc with a deep rim, primarily used for putter , but may also be used as a mid-range disc. For a pure controlled flight, consider the Latitude 64 Pure.
The Ion is MVP’s highest glide putter, but also comes with just a small amount of overstable fade in the throw. Those characteristics make this putter a great long-range putter for every skill level. This disc is available in each of MVP’s plastics , which includes the glow in the dark eclipse.
This stable straight flying putter has a great feel that is sure to aid in making putts. The Rubber putter has a very thin, but deep rim, and is taller than the average disc at 2.2cm in height. The Rubber putter isn’t really made of rubber, but instead is a grippy plastic that feels rubbery.
The Anode by MVP is available in both soft plastic as well as their traditional Proton, Neutron, and Eclipse plastic, which also glows in the dark. Flight ratings for the anode are 3/3/0/0, showing that it is a super straight putter, especially perfect for those who have a smooth flat launch/release. Both the Proton and Proton Soft plastics are transparent. This disc is an ultra straight flying putter disc.
Excellent glide and a straight flight path make the Aero a great approach disc. This disc is available in the inexpensive DX plastic, and is available in weights from 178-180 grams.
As the disc first created designed for disc golf, the Aero has a bit of history to it, making history right at your fingertips. It is a putter, but before distance driver technology was even created, this disc once did the amazing feat of being thrown 485 feet in competition. This is maybe an old disc, but it’s still a good one.
