Axiom Fireball

Red and Orange Fireball No ratings yet.

The Axiom Fireball is an overstable 20mm driver in the Axiom line. This disc is described as a beat to the MVP Motion or more overstable Tesla. Compared with the Motion, this disc will exhibit a longer forward push before fading out at the end of it’s flight. The Fireball has all the high-speed turn resistance that a headwind or forehand thrower could desire. This is a great choice for flicks and headwinds.

Axiom Defy

Blue Defy No ratings yet.

The Defy is a straight-stable 21.5mm distance driver from Axiom Discs. The Defy is straight flyer with a nice bite of overstability at the end, and is best described as a heavily seasoned MVP Photon or a longer Axiom Crave. Like the Crave the Defy exhibits remarkable resistance to anhyzer even when it is thrown at high power. As a 21.5mm class GYRO™ driver, the Defy is designed to hit a midpoint of stability between the two MVP Disc Sports models, the Photon and Wave.

Axiom Proxy

Blue Proxy No ratings yet.

Axiom has this to say about the Proxy:

“The Proxy shares the Envy mold’s core, lending the same low-profile feel and solid grip, along with a short wing width and wide flight plate diameter for superior glide. The Proxy sets itself apart from the Envy with a remarkably straight forward-fading finish. A bit of high-speed turn potential allows the Proxy’s lines to be manipulated over a broad range of power, and helps less powerful throwers achieve straight putter drives.”

Axiom Theory

3.5/5 (2)

The Theory is an understable Axiom mid-range, described as the perfect complement to the Alias. When thrown with a flat release and moderate power, the Theory will turn predictably with great drift. For newer disc golfers with limited power, the Theory is a very straight flying disc.

Axiom Clash

3/5 (1)

[box type=”bio”]

The Axiom Clash disc golf driver is a neutral flyer with more end of flight fade than the first introduced fairway drivers in the Axiom line. This discs is described as “more stable than the the Crave with added reliability.”

Axiom says that, “Skilled players will see more turn from Clash than Crave, yet more fade from Clash. Average throwers will find a flight similar to Crave with more fade.

The Crave has been very popular for it’s incredibly straight flight path. The Clash should have the same great flat top feel and provide a nice hooking end of flight fade with beautiful Axiom rim colors. This disc golf disc was PDGA approved on June 10th, 2014.

Axiom Inspire

Inspire Disc Golf Discs 4/5 (1)

The Axiom Inspire is a friendly to throw disc golf discs for players of all skill levels. This driver has the same wing size (1.7cm) as the Crave, but due to this being an understable disc, it is supposed to be more friendly for low power players. This new driver is similar to the MVP Switch and is a great choice for new disc golfers, women, and children, who want an easy to throw disc with some ‘style’.

Axiom Alias

No ratings yet.

The Alias is an excellent flying mid-range that was one of the first discs released in the MVP line. While MVP rims are only available in black or white Eclipse glow plastic, the Axiom line will give disc golfer seven rim and fourteen core color options. A disc golfer could technically have 98 Alias’s that would all look different. While the colors for Axiom Discs are new, the Alias will still provide the same great performance and durability disc golfers have come to expect from MVP.

The Alias is described as a close brother of the popular MVP Tangent. This mid is a stable straight flyer good for placement shots from hyzer, flat, and anhyzer lines. This is a disc that will simply go where it is sent.
