Kestrel Putter/Approach Disc
The Kestrel Putter/Approach Disc is a lid style frisbee designed for disc golf. This putter has a completely flat top and a flat blunt rim. It also features thumb grip grooves on the top of the flight plate for increased control, especially in inclement weather. While this disc feels similar to a traditional frisbee, it is substantially more overstable and demonstrates a flight path with a slight fading finish more similar to most disc golf discs.
As a low speed, low glide disc, the Kestrel putter does not go fast nor very far so is excellent for approach shots where you don’t want to stray too far from the basket. The mold used for the Kestrel Putt and Approach disc is the same one used for the Yikun Talon Claws. This putter is PDGA approved for tournament play.
Discmania Active Guardian Lion
The Discmania Guardian Lion is the first disc golf disc made available from the recent Discmania/Yikun partnership and is branded with the Active Line stamp.
The Guardian Lion is an easy to throw base plastic putter disc that is similar to the Yikun Gui putter. This frisbee is perfect for lowering scores by its ability to grab the chains and drop right in. It’s limited glide also provides extra control and prevents you from sailing to far past the basket when you don’t want to.
The artwork for the Guardian Lion features a large Lion, kind of like the statues you see in front of old buildings. This disc is perfect for introducing you to the Discmania Active disc line.
Halex Putter
The Halex Putter is a standard understable putter disc that works well for beginners. This disc weighs 167 grams (at least that’s what’s printed on the front stamp of this disc) and is available in a stiff base level plastic. The Halex putter has decent glide and stays fairly straight. This is a smooth putter that does not have a bead around the rim. The flight of the Halex Putter is good for new disc golfers who are familiar with the flight of a traditional frisbee. The Halex putter works well for both backhand and forehand approach shots.

This overstable putter has a unique shape and feel and comes equipped with an ultra flat top. The Credo is a tall putter disc with a wide diameter. This disc is available in two incredible plastic blends. Basic plastic consists of a firm but grippy mid grade blend, while Advanced Soft has an elastic almost rubber feel.
DGA Powerdrive Gumbputt
The Power drive Gumbputt is the fourth putter in DGA’s super soft signature series line. Like the other similar putters, this disc is super soft, folds in half, and is a great choice for putter shots on steep hills. The Power drive Gumbputt is an understable disc that will easily flip over. The beveled edge gives it more speed than the Blunt, and this disc tends to be more commonly used as an approach disc
