Innova Vulcan

The Vulcan is an amazing high speed distance driver that will fly all over the fairway. This understable disc has a huge turn rating (-4), but also has big fade (2). Despite its high speed rating (13) the initial understability of the disc makes this suitable for intermediate players.

The Vulcan is a thin disc (1.4 cm) with a very thick rim (2.4cm). It is now available in Pro, Champion, Star, and Blizzard Champion plastics.

Innova Wahoo

The Wahoo  is the fastest speed floating golf disc on the market, and as such a disc you want in your arsenal. This is a fairly stable driver with substantial turn (-2) and significant fade (2). The Wahoo is a thick bulky driver with a very wide 2.4cm rim. It is available in a version of Innova Pro plastic that can float.

Innova Wedge

The Wedge is a unique disc that is a cross between a mid-range and a putter. This is a very understable putter that many golfers neglect to have in their arsenal. Those who are beginning to try out the “straddle-putt” style would do well to try the Wedge, as the understability counteracts the natural hyzer the disc wants to go into, from the awkward release angle.

The Wedge is available in Innova’s basic plastic, DX, as well as their premium plastic, Star.

Innova Whippet

An amazing hooking driver, the Whippet is perfect for strategic fading shots. This disc works well for hyzers and flex shots and will never turn over even in a head it won’t flip over. Though not the fastest overstable driver, it does consistently whip in a hooking motion.

Innova Wolf

The Wolf is the most understable mid-range disc that Innova offers. For that reason, this is the preferable disc for those players who have a hard time throwing level, and instead keep their wrist lower in their throw. If you notice your disc falling just to the left of the basket (for back hand, right-handed players), then the Wolf may be your best bet at a solution!

The Wolf is a fairly thin disc that somewhat resembles the catch and throw style. Available in a wide range of weights, from 150 grams to a heavier 180 grams, only in Innova’s affordable DX plastic.

Innova Wraith

You either love or hate the Wraith. This disc is the answer for many disc golfers, while others just can’t get it right. Either way, the Wraith is another of Innova’s most popular discs and comes in a wide range of plastics and weights.

The Wraith is popular because it has high speed and is overstable, but the wide rim is not for everybody. On release, some tend to throw the Wraith without enough anhyzer, which is essential for the overstability of the disc. With the right technique, the Wraith is undoubtedly a far flyer.

Right from get go the X-Caliber has a gradual fade, so don’t be afraid to launch this disc a bit higher than normal with a steep pitch and watch as the rollover takes over. This disc is also excellent for getting around a short range obstacle.

The X-Caliber is a low-profile, wide-rimmed disc made for flying at high speed and keeping a nice glide.

Innova Zephyr

This specialty disc made by Innova is one you can play catch with, or use for a round of recreational Disc golf. The Zephyr is a stable, straight flyer with Thumbtrac for extra grip and durability. It’s diameter is about two cm bigger than the average golf disc.

The Zephyr is a great disc to have in your bag as a disc to introduce a new player to disc golf. For those who have never handled a normal disc golf disc, this one is a nice transition. This disc is not intended for serious disc golf and does not have any flight ratings.

The Kite is a mid-range disc that every beginner and intermediate disc golfer will want in their arsenals. For beginners, this disc flies like a driver with the grip of a putter. Even if you’re a new player who doesn’t have the experience or strength of seasoned players can still get some really good distance off the Kite. On low speed approach shots this disc flies incredibly straight, and has a minimal fade. For intermediate players the Kite is great for anhyzer shots and controlled approaches.
